Need to return something? We offer 21 day returns on all items.

To organize a return, please e-mail hello@thedreamrise.com to complete the return authorized request form. 

Within 2 business days, our team will email you back with a confirmation and the address to send your return back to. Please closely follow the instructions in this email to ensure your return can be processed correctly.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once we have received it. We recommend retaining proof of postage until we have confirmed your return has been processed.
